As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for the companies' business/financial strategy and the ongoing analysis and structuring of new lease liability opportunities in the UK and the USA.

Steve joined Legacy in September 2011 from the RBS Global Restructuring Group where he led a team for the previous 2 years working on distressed property development projects with facilities up to £400m. Over a total of 23 years with the Bank Steve worked in a number of client relationship management roles in a variety of locations within the City, West London and the Home Counties, specializing purely in property finance from 2002 onwards.

Steve originally worked alongside Alexander on the member's takeover of the Queen's Club in 2005, and has remained a close associate of the Legacy team ever since.

Steve is a keen sportsman with a particular interest in cricket, skiing, cycling and latterly running. He completed the Virgin London Marathon in 2012 raising £3.5K for two UK charities. Steve is married with one child.
